"Love this location! They always have my order ready for me and the smoothies and food are always prepared very well. Yesterday I placed an online to go order, and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong wrap. I gave them a call and they were very professional and gave me 2 options. I chose to come in store since I live close by and just grab the correct wrap. Nick also refunded me for the inconvenience, and provided me with 2 cards for a free smoothie / food item. I will continue to come here!"

"The Decatur location is closer but I come here when I’m in the area because the customer service and the acai bowls are so much better. I normally do pickup and the bowls are always ready when I get there, they greet everyone that comes in, and have friendly attitudes. I would have given a 5 star but for some reason I’m unable to redeem my points here and the restroom didn't lock.."

"When I paid for the smoothie, the swiper asked if I wanted to tip and after I chose “No tip”, it then said “BAD TIP”. I think that is very tacky considering this isn’t a sit down restaurant where you should always tip at least 20% if not more (only 15% if it's a horrible experience). I almost always tip at places that aren’t sit downs but a machine that says “Bad tip” definitely doesn’t make me want to tip. I would rather them just make everything a dollar or two more than have it say that to me. Not saying I won't come back, but just wanted to share that."
